Awesome picture, I’m sorry we missed the tasting of their recipe a few days ago, I bet it was delightful! :P
It was pretty good–for navy rations, really not too bad!
Great photo! I have a description of cooking done by steerage passengers on the way to the U.S. I don’t think I’ve uploaded that to my blog yet. I should do that. It gave me a real respect for people who braved those conditions.
I would love to see that–please give me a heads up when you post it.
