Escape the heat of August with a getaway weekend in the Green Mountains of Vermont! I’ll be teaching at this three-day culinary immersion weekend. The trip includes:
- Workshops: How to make ice cream and sorbet; Cooking with seasonal ingredients; Pie crusts & puff pastry; Outdoor cooking and Summer cocktails.
- Field Trips: Crowley Cheese, The Wine and Cheese Depot, Coger’s Sugar House Gardens and W.A.A.W.W.E., a local-only food coop.
- All meals included, which you are invited to prepare alongside Sarah Lohman and chef Matthew Wexler
- Pilates and Yoga classes.
